I'm Coach Nyamekye. Licensed Psychologist · Clinical Herbalist · Certified Life Coach · Certified AI Consultant. I built Light Life Works because I lived the exhaustion of giving everything to others while my own vitality, clarity, and sense of purpose quietly dimmed. I know what it feels like when your work is thriving and you are not.
This practice exists to change that. Through plant wisdom, somatic coaching, and strategic business support, I help wellness professionals and entrepreneurs build what I call Whole-Person Wealth — where your profession, your purpose, your body, and your life are finally moving in the same direction.
